6. Payment Terms

We accept payment through approved payment methods communicated by our sales department.

For custom manufacturing and bulk export orders:

  • Advance payment may be required.
  • Production may begin only after payment confirmation.
  • Remaining balances must be cleared according to the agreed payment schedule.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Medechs shall not be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, transportation providers, natural disasters, governmental actions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment of goods.

8. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of customized and export products:

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products
  • Private label products
  • Bulk production orders
  • Products manufactured according to customer specifications

Return Eligibility

Returns may only be accepted if:

  • Incorrect products were delivered.
  • Products arrived damaged due to manufacturing defects.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the shipment, along with supporting photographs and documentation.
